Westminster is one of the most affluent and important areas of London. Many of the sights in Westminster are fairly close together, just hop on a bus or tube train to quickly get to the many sites in Westminster.

Westminster Abbey is possibly the most impressive sight in Westminster, the abbey opens throughout the year, although opening time vary between seasons. Why not cruise along to Downing Street and check out number 10, the home of the English Prime Minister.

Westminster Palace is also a very impressive building; the clock tower is famous around the world, usually known as Big Ben, although the actual name Big Ben refers to the bell in the clock tower, not the actual tower itself. London City Airport is the closest airport to Westminster.
